‘An Evening With‘ events showcase some of the world’s most renowned chefs who create menus for a one off night in Malta.

An Evening With Vivek Singh – 20 September 2015

Vivek Singh, owner of London’s The Cinnamon Club and a leading authority on Indian cuisine will be in Malta on 20 September 2015. He will present a unique tasting menu with wine pairings exclusively for The Cooking Club.


The menu for this event, which will take place at TemptAsian in Sliema, will include;Vivek Singh in Malta

  • Cured salmon carpaccio with green pea chutney and Bengal puffed rice
  • King prawns grilled-coconut curry sauce
  • Rajasthani spiced tandoori rabbit tikka, sweetcorn curry, chickpea bread
  • Cumin & chilli crusted seared beef, morel & pea stir-fry, saffron sauce &
  • Garam masala sticky toffee pudding, carrot fudge & clove ice cream.

There will also be a full vegetarian menu on offer which will include;

  • Watermelon carpaccio with green pea chutney and Bengal puffed rice,
  • Grilled aubergine with sesame and peanut crumble,
  • Cauliflower and broccoli stir-fry, sweet corn curry &
  • Tandoori spiced roast mushroom with morel and pea stir-fry.

Guests will also be treated to a number of other culinary surprises.

The price for this exclusive event, including a welcome reception featuring some of The Cinnamon Club’s signature cocktails, food and wine is €90 per person.

An Evening with Vivek Singh will start at 7.30pm with food service commencing promptly at 8.00pm.
