We are thrilled to announce the remarkable achievements of two of our esteemed chefs from at the prestigious Malta Kulinarja Competition 2024 — an event that draws top culinary talent from across our islands, celebrating innovation, mastery, and dedication in the culinary arts.

Chef Bhesh Rana was honoured with a Gold medal in the fiercely competitive Asian Fusion dish category, impressing the judges with his exceptional flavours and refined techniques. Additionally, he also earned a Silver medal in the Vegan Challenge, a testament to his versatility and commitment to innovative, plant-based cuisine.

Meanwhile, our gifted Pastry Chef Jaimon Johnson from received a Silver medal for his exquisite creation in the Banquet Plated Dessert category. His dessert was praised for its intricate balance of flavours, artistry, and presentation, capturing the essence of elegance and creativity.
