Between 2011 and 2016 TemptAsian has won 6 consecutive Definitely Good Guide awards based on the reports and comments of regular restaurant goers who rate venues according to food, service and ambience. To achieve this award, the number of people rating them, value for money, comments and other relevant information extracted from the survey is also taken into account. The Definitely Good Guide has established itself as Malta’s foremost publication for lovers of good food and it currently stands at its sixteenth year of publication.
Every year The Definitely Good Guide carries out a survey where the public are asked to give their feedback on around 80,000 individual restaurant meals of which only about 150 restaurants make it into the Guide. The very best restaurants receive awards at an annual Gala Dinner, which takes place in December and is known as the ‘Oscars’ of the local restaurant industry.
The guide assists locals and tourists alike to make the right choice according to their culinary requirements, to help them choose the most suited establishment for their preference. With 22 index sections and sections on Maltese Food and Wine the guide is an essential publication for all lovers of good food.
